Not me! Monday

Welcome to Not me! Monday, where we can be brutally honest and live to tell about it.

First let me just get something off of my chest. Today is not the first day back at school since spring break and I am not sad about it. I did not enjoy getting to sleep in (ok, well maybe we didn't do much sleeping in) and not having to wake any children before they were ready to get up. Nope, I am thrilled that the kids went back to school and that I had to set my alarm clock this morning.

Next, let me add that we did not get to keep the pre-school mascot over the entire spring break! Nope, how lucky would that be!



Said panguin (penguin...Gingerbread Man) did not hide from us and make us come looking for him either.



He did not get into any mischeif while he was here. Nope, not Gingerbread Man!



He was not found this morning "Crocodile Rockin'" either. Nope, not our Gingerbread man!



He was not so tired from all of the mischeif that he had to climb up on the couch with two tired little boys either!



Last night, I did not have the pleasure of chatting on the phone with one of my dear bloggy reader friends either. Nope, that would be too weird and her husband might think I was going to chop her into little pieces through the phone. That would never happen. Right, Lindsey? :)

I am not so ready for the school year to be over that I can hardly stand it either...Nope, I bask in the glory of getting to set my alarm clock. EVERY.SINGLE.MORNING.

What I am not looking forward to is my baby turning 5 next month and starting kindergarten in the fall. NOPE...I am not happy one bit and you can take that to the bank. NOT HAPPY. If I keep chanting that, do you think I can just keep him at home with me forever?

Good thing about summer approaching, we are going back to Disney World! Woo hoo! Cannot wait!
