I've wanted to set up to do these shots for a few weeks now but never got the chance to do them, so this morning right before we left for Easter lunch with family, we snapped a few. Of course the little princess was tired and hungry. I still think she is beautiful though.
The idea on the next few shots was to have her bottom half inside the big egg, but I think she has grown quite a bit since I found the big eggs.
We got her in the bottom half of the egg, but she kept kicking her feet and pushing it off. Silly girl.
By the time we hunted eggs and got her dressed, she had really already had enough. Her morning routine involves a 4 hour, sometimes longer, nap and this morning that did not get to happen.
We went to my in-laws today for lunch and more egg hunting. This little guy just loves to play in the dirt. I love this picture though, this is the exact reason I am not ready to cut his hair. He has beautiful curls and I LOVE THEM!
My beautiful girls.
My beautiful little Easter princess.
She is the sweetest baby ever.
So dainty and delicate.
He's all boy. Quite the bruiser and loves to get dirty.
Besides dogs, I would swear that dirt and rocks are his favorite things. Ever.
My sweet baby girl. She slept nearly the entire time we were at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Poor baby was worn out from all of our birthday/Easter excitement.

Our annual trip to see the Easter Bunny somehow got pushed back to the absolute last minute possible this year! We ended up going Saturday morning. There was quite a line but I am glad that we got there when we did. The line was getting longer and the bunny was scheduled to take a break at 1:00pm and at 11:30am there were people already lining up for when the bunny was to return at 2:00pm. Ugh, glad we got in before that!
The Pretty Princess and her very fist time to see the Easter Bunny.
The kiddos after church on Saturday. The wind was blowing like crazy!
